Pathway Guidance utilizes a variety of best practice
tools and inventories such as the Devine Inventory, the Achiever
Profile and the Hogan Big Five, to help you understand your
team and how behaviors and inter-relationships affect the whole.

The central assessment we use is the Devine Inventory. This
assessment is scientifically proven to be an effective element
in the prediction of successful employment. By asking people
what they will do in a very scientific and standardized way,
we are able to mathematically define the relationship between
behavioral traits and employee performance. Our skilled consultants
are then able to work with individuals to prioritize behaviors
